COBOL Programmer

We are looking for a COBOL Programmer (Intermediate) to join our client's team in support of their federal DoD customer.

This is a direct hire position with our client with a salary range of up to $105k/year.

Responsibilities Include:

Design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL and JCL programs in a mainframe environment.

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Conduct peer code reviews, perform root cause analysis, and resolve integration issues.

Prepare project updates and maintain technical documentation.

Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in team meetings Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

US Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain federal clearance.

High school diploma or GED.

10+ years of experience with mainframe applications.

Strong skills in COBOL, JCL, testing, debugging, version control, and documentation. Location:
