Hiring an AI/ML Software Engineer to support signal processing efforts in a cleared environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to work on impactful technical challenges.

What you'll bring:

A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML (3-5 years preferred)

Strong foundation in deep learning, transformer architectures, and attention mechanisms

Proficiency in modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

Programming experience with statistical and signal analysis libraries

Familiarity with MLOps and full pipeline development - from model design to testing and deployment Preferred (not required):

Knowledge of digital signal processing and RFML

Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and prompt design

Interest in autonomous systems and real-time decision-making using AI
