WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist to meet the growing demand for services at our Franciscan Health Dyer in Dyer, IN. Future potential outreach to Michigan City.

WHAT WE NEED:

Provider will see procedures consisting of general PM&R, stroke, traumatic brain injury, orthopedics, and neurology treatments. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Candidate will work collaboratively with our talented team of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

Flexible Schedule: Monday - Friday, 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours of admin work

Weekend Call & Rounding Rotation: 1:4

Practice includes inpatient service & procedures, outpatient clinic, and consult services

Specialty programs focused on stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, orthopaedic/musculoskeletal, pain and neuromuscular disorders

Qualifications:

Doctorate - Required

Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required - and -

Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required

Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:Never or Rarely
