Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead the identification, development, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing operations through training and mentorship.

Analyze operational data and conduct process observations to identify root causes of inefficiencies and waste.

Manage a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and realization of benefits.

Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles for all levels of staff.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and report on the financial impact of improvement projects.

Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex operational problems and implement sustainable solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in applying Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience utilizing statistical tools for data-driven decision making.

Excellent project management, communication, and change management abilities to drive process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)

Experience applying Industry 4.0 principles or digital tools in manufacturing CI initiatives

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
