Brunswick Branch - Full Time (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of service tasks including teller functions, opening new checking and savings accounts/services, and handling moderately complex transactions professionally and accurately after thorough training.

Understand the financial needs of clients and provide outstanding solutions-based service.

Develop strong relationships with clients to provide personalized service.

Identify additional financial service needs (e.g., mortgages, commercial loans, investment services) and refer customers to appropriate banking specialists.

Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a sales orientation, and a high degree of accuracy in managing cash and following procedures.

Engage with both business and individual clients in a professional manner and work well with team members.

Work 40 hours per week with some Saturday mornings (rotating coverage) until noon, located in Brunswick.

Qualifications

Solid experience in customer service and a sales orientation, with demonstrated accuracy in cash or data management.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Preference for prior success in a customer-facing banking position, but strong candidates with a professional demeanor and the ability to connect with people will be considered.
