We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Officer to oversee repairs, upkeep, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, technically knowledgeable, and capable of troubleshooting issues quickly to ensure smooth hotel operations.
This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections of the property, rooms, and facilities
Handle minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC repairs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks
Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
Identify repair needs and report major issues to management
Assist with installation of fixtures, appliances, and fittings
Support other departments when technical issues arise
