BIM Specialist – Reading

Location: Reading Hybrid Working Competitive Salary + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver BIM models and coordination for MEP projects from concept to tender.

Set up and manage Revit models, monitor model health, and produce clash reports.

Review BIM documentation (e.g., BEPs) and ensure compliance with project standards.

Lead internal BIM meetings and support external coordination sessions.

Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in BIM workflows.

Requirements:

Significant BIM experience within the MEP sector.

Proficiency in Revit, COBie, and BIM standards.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage complex modelling tasks and collaborate effectively.
