IT Project Manager (m/f/d) RFID & Digitalization

Are you enthusiastic about growing IT structures and the digitalization of processes? As an interface between IT and Operations, you will actively shape the digitalization of our laundry processes in a growing medium-sized company. Your focus will be on the introduction and further development of RFID-supported processes.

Your tasks

Advising our branches on the use of IT-related systems in the laundry process with a focus on RFID technologies

Analysis, optimization and redesign of RFID-supported processes in production, customer and order management

Leading and managing projects to introduce new IT systems and processes

Close coordination between the Operations, IT Applications and IT Infrastructure departments

Requirements management for in-house developments in SAP and our tracking system BISS

Operation, monitoring and 2nd level support for IT-supported laundry processes

Monitoring technological developments in the field of RFID and evaluating potential applicationsYour profileProfessional qualifications

Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification

Experience in process and data modeling (e.g. BPMN)

Knowledge of SQL, ideally also Java or ABAP

Know-how in project management and requirements engineering

Confident handling of SAP, JIRA and ideally Bee360Personal skills

Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working

Strong hands-on mentality and decisiveness

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

High sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
