My client, is seeking an experienced Building Manager to take ownership of a prestigious commercial building. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a company where you’ll play a crucial role in the smooth, high-quality operation of a prominent asset.
In this position, you’ll be at the heart of the building’s day-to-day operations, taking full responsibility for managing building services, compliance, and supplier performance. Your Responsibilities:
Champion outstanding customer service, ensuring occupiers, visitors, and stakeholders consistently receive a first-class experience.
Oversee the daily operational management of the building, maintaining excellent service delivery throughout.
Support the preparation and management of annual service charge budgets in partnership with the Property Management team.
Lead on contractor oversight, ensuring all building services and planned maintenance activities meet agreed standards.
Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, conducting routine inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
Drive sustainability initiatives and support environmentally conscious building operations.
Your Requirements:
Proven experience as a Building Manager or within Commercial Property/FM roles.
Strong knowledge of health & safety practices (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and occupier management skills.
Experienced in contractor management and operational reporting.
