Starlink Installation Technician – Nationwide (UK or Ireland)

Are you ready to help install Starlinks across the nation? We’re looking for skilled technicians to join our growing team of Starlink installers.

What You’ll Do

Install Starlink systems at customer locations

Safely mount antenna equipment on rooftops or suitable structures (based on pre-site surveys)

Professionally run and secure cabling from the antenna to the Starlink

Configure and program the Starlink

Test, troubleshoot, and ensure everything is performing perfectly before leaving the site

Deliver excellent customer service and answer customer questions

Complete a handover pack with a description of the work and required photos at the end of each job

Educate customers on using their new Starlink system

What You Need

Strong understanding of telecom systems and equipment

Experience with fibre splicing & low-voltage cabling

Confidence with hand tools and network installation

Great problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous service technician experience is an advantage

Additional Requirements you will need to own

3 metre capable ladder

Tools suitable for Starlink installation

Ability to climb and work safely on roofs within Health & Safety guidelines

Your own liability insurance

A reliable vehicle with sufficient space to carry up to 2 Starlinks

Ability to carry out pre-installation surveys and site visits
