Location: Hybrid – Ideally attending Marlow 1 day per week

Reports to: Operational Risk Manager
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about risk management?
We’re looking for an Operational Risk Data & Systems Coordinator to join our Risk team and play a key role in supporting our risk management processes.
About the Role
As our Operational Risk Data & Systems Coordinator, you’ll ensure the accuracy and completeness of risk management data within our systems. You’ll support operational risk processes through:
Mailbox management
Stakeholder reporting
MI collation
Helping deliver the Kensington Risk Management Framework in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Input risk management data into the system with precision, meeting SLAs.
Manage the shared Operational Risk mailbox, ensuring timely responses.
Organise follow-up activities for incidents, issues, actions, and controls.
Produce stakeholder reports, dashboards, and Executive-level reporting.
Assist with Executive Risk Management Committee and Board Risk Committee packs.
Schedule meetings, formulate agendas, and take minutes.
Review and update operational process guides and workflows.
Act as first point of contact for queries and training on the risk system
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
Self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
Effective communicator with stakeholder engagement experience.
Understanding of risk management and governance in Financial Services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
