A growing manufacturing company is looking for a good Extrusion Operator and an Injection Molding Technician

3rd shifts available

EXTRUSION OPERATOR JOB DETAILS:

Operate and assist in day-to-day team operations ensuring effective communication within his/her team leader and from shift to shift.

Adhere to all company's quality standards, production standards, safety /housekeeping policies.

Lead and coordinate daily operations, fostering effective communication within the team and across shifts.

Drive the team towards meeting production targets, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Provide guidance to operators, ensuring adherence to work instructions and quality standards.

Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance within the team.

Act as a mentor, supporting the growth and development of team members.

Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and positive attitudes.

Ensure efficient color management, preventing overproduction and maintaining quality standards

Uphold safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among team members

INJECTION MOLDTING TECHNICIAN JOB DETAILS

Operate and monitor injection molding machines

Snap donuts and pack as needed

Follow company policies and procedures

Follow company Productivity, Safety, Cost and Continuous Improvement Program

Follow process parameters as needed for quality production

Daily; monitor production to ensure proper quality, and cost control objectives are being met

Daily; address press related issues, report to Injection Team Leader for resolution

Daily; maximize the amount of regrind being used in the process.

Daily; ensure proper housekeeping within the department
