Your mission

As CTO, you will assume overall technological responsibility for our platforms and products. You actively shape the software architecture, develop new cloud-native solutions and lead our tech team into a scalable, future-oriented infrastructure. Under your leadership, you will not only drive forward the renewal of long-established platforms - you will also work on future topics such as dataspaces and digital twins.

We design data-driven business models, connect B2B partners and drive digital transformation in sectors such as furniture, food and industry. With our IWOfurn platform and innovative cloud solutions, we set standards in process optimization and digital integration.

Your tasks

Technological leadership: responsibility for the architecture and security of our platforms

Hands-on development: active involvement in key projects, especially dataspaces

Cloud strategy: further development of our infrastructure with a focus on serverless computing

Innovation driver: Identification and integration of new technologies, especially AI

Team leadership: building and coaching an agile development team with a focus on personal responsibility

Stakeholder communication: close collaboration with management and partnersTech stack & focus areas

Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Container Apps, Event Grid)

Architecture: serverless, microservices, event-driven, API-first

Data rooms: creation and use of data spaces for B2B data integration

DevOps: CI/CD with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud, Infrastructure-as-Code

Security & Compliance: Identity management, GDPR, role-based accessYour profile

Several years of experience as CTO, Lead Architect or Senior Developer

Deep understanding of Azure technologies and serverless architectures

Passion for hands-on development and modern software design

Experience with data-driven business models and B2B integration
