Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility position in Missouri, requiring at least 1 year of LTC or Rehab experience and an active MO license.
Responsibilities
Work in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
Patient population includes individuals requiring rehabilitation or long-term care services
Responsible for providing physical therapy evaluation and treatment in a skilled nursing environment
No more than 5 days of requested time off will be considered during assignment
Must submit copies of all active certifications as part of application
Requirements
Active MO PT license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required
New graduates accepted only if Level II clinical experience was completed
At least 1 professional reference required for consideration
