Adhere to global shipping policies while maintaining close communication and daily coordination regarding inbound and outbound shipments with the internal LMV factory, external LEGO overseas factories, and selected overseas suppliers.

Stay updated on and fully understand government circulars, decrees, and regulations related to import/export procedures, post-clearance audits, and other relevant requirements.

Manage and maintain shipping-related systems, including SAP and Electronic Customs Declaration software (ECUS/VNACCs).

Plan inbound and outbound shipments, selecting the most suitable transportation modes and optimizing pallet volumes to ensure smooth and efficient shipment flow.

Promptly implement corrective actions in case of delays, obstacles, or near-misses, and escalate to relevant stakeholders when necessary.

Perform all tasks outlined in the job description, as well as additional tasks assigned by the manager, with maximum effort and to the expected quality standards.

Be capable of supporting and substituting for any local shipping team member when required.

Analyze logistics and customs data (e.g., shipment lead times, customs clearance performance, transportation costs, carrier performance) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Develop and maintain regular Power BI dashboards and automate tools (using VBA, Power Apps, etc.) to monitor import/export operations, track performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Continuously improve data visualization methods and provide ad-hoc analysis and presentation support as needed.

Act as a key enabler and knowledge ambassador by promoting the adoption of new tools, training team members, and sharing best practices and guidelines.
