Audit Associate Indore (On-Site)

Opportunity to work on international audit engagements

We are seeking a motivated Audit Associate to join our Indore office. This role offers in-depth exposure to US audit processes, global reporting standards, and PCAOB requirements, along with a collaborative learning environment.

Role Overview

As an Audit Associate, you will support end-to-end audit execution from planning and testing to financial reporting and documentation ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB and firm audit quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial audits and review accounting records

Prepare, analyze & validate financial statements and audit schedules

Identify audit risks & recommend internal control improvements

Ensure compliance with GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB standards

Maintain accurate audit workpapers & documentation

Collaborate with internal teams & clients to resolve audit queries

Stay updated on accounting & audit regulatory changes

Qualifications & Skills

· CA / CA Inter / ACCA / MBA Finance / CMA / CPA

· 2+ years of audit experience (US audit exposure preferred)

· Strong analytical, audit & documentation skills

· Solid understanding of financial statements & accounting principles

· Excellent written & verbal communication

· Ability to work independently & as part of a team
