Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic People Operations Associate to join our team in Chennai, India. This role involves supporting Trimble’s global workforce by managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HRIS data management, and employee queries. The ideal candidate will embody a customer-centric approach, working closely with our global People Experience team to deliver exceptional employee experiences across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for global employee inquiries through the PX Help Desk, offering timely and informative support.

Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Workday) and ensure compliance with local laws.

Coordinate and deliver comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

Drive operational excellence in people operations by maintaining standard operating procedures and achieving Service Level Agreements.

Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and PX Business Partners to enhance employee experiences and support global training initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Industry Experience Required:

Previous experience in human resources within a global, matrixed organization is highly desirable.
