Licensed Industrial Millwright
Description:
We're seeking a 433a Licensed Industrial Millwright to join our client's growing maintenance team in the food manufacturing industry in a permanent night shift role.
What we offer:
Location: Concord, ON
Shift: Permanent Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hourly Rate: $45.60/hr.+ night premium & overtime
Benefits: Extended health care, life insurance, RRSP match, safety shoe & tool allowance, uniforms, attendance incentives upto $2000 on a prorated basis
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns on high-speed production lines
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Inspect and service pumps, belts, pulleys, valves, actuators, and control panels
Maintain accurate maintenance reports and request spare parts as needed
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and meet production deadlines
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Millwright (433A) certified to work in Ontario
5+ years' experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
Strong knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electronic controls
Experience with packaging line setup, mixers, palletizers, and tube lines
Boiler experience is an asset
Ability to read blueprints and operational manuals
Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
