Senior DBA (Microsoft SQL Server)

Responsibilities:

Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of SQL Server instances.

Design and operate HA/DR solutions (Failover Cluster Instances, Availability Groups, Replication).

Optimize T-SQL, indexes, and execution plans; drive release/change management.

Mentor Junior/Associate DBAs and enhance runbooks/automation.

Requirements:

3+ years as a SQL Server DBA.

Deep experience with performance tuning and production troubleshooting.

Hands-on expertise with HA/DR (FCI, AGs, Replication).

Strong T-SQL and SQL Server internals knowledge.

SSRS/SSIS administration experience.

Exposure to cloud (Azure and/or AWS).
