Position Summary:
We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support the growth of Engineering and Information Technology teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about recruiting top technical talent while driving process improvements and strategic hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and IT roles.
Collaborate with HR partners and leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
Source and hire for roles such as mechanical, electrical, firmware engineers, project managers, and product managers.
Build recruiting capabilities through strong relationships, efficient processes, and effective use of technology.
Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to enhance value delivery.
Take ownership of work with a focus on ethics, discipline, and customer impact.
Develop and lead talent programs using a consultative, sales-oriented approach.
Use data and metrics to inform decisions and drive results.
Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience at a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate setting.
Experience in high-volume recruiting.
Proven success recruiting for technical roles in Engineering and IT.
Ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Skilled in data analysis and presenting findings to various audiences.
Comfortable working in a transformative, growth-oriented environment.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or a related discipline.
