Salesforce & .NET Application Support Analyst - 3 Year Contract

Required Skills and Experience:

Hold 1-3 years' experience in application or functional support within AMS environments.

Demonstrate hands-on experience supporting Salesforce and .NET Marketing & Sales applications.

Show strong knowledge of Marketing & Sales business processes and workflows.

Gain experience with incident management, ticketing systems, and problem management.

Work effectively with offshore teams across support tiers.

Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Commit to full-time onsite work in Houston, TX.
