Lead a high-performing branch operation within a well-established, fast-paced environment

Nelspruit 9 am to 5 pm

Salary- R25 000 to R35 000 per month

The Role: Branch Manager

This role is responsible for leading the full operational, sales, and customer service performance of the Nelspruit branch. You will manage people, processes, and profitability, ensuring the branch runs efficiently while actively growing market share. The position requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational control with commercial insight, team development, and robust customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar industry to oversee daily branch operations

Manage distribution, customer service, administration, HR, sales, and stock control functions

Analyse local market conditions and identify new business opportunities

Develop branch business plans, forecasts, and financial objectives

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise performance

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective measures

Resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally

Ensure full compliance with organisational policies, ethical standards, and legislation

Build strong relationships through networking and proactive engagement

Monitor competitor activity and report on market trends

Oversee staff management, debtor control, and stock management processes

Drive sales performance and productivity through active, hands-on leadership

About You

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar branch or operational leadership role

Grade 12 / Matric; post-matric qualification in Sales or Marketing is advantageous

Knowledge of the automotive or coatings sector is an advantage

Computer literacy (MS Office) with strong administrative capability

Confident leader with strong people management and trading skills

Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-driven

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Valid driver's licence and willingness to work retail hours when required
