You will be responsible for building scalable Salesforce applications that drive our business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.Lead end-to-end implementation of complex Salesforce projects.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce (link removed)tegrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external APIs.Maintain data quality, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with best practices.Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.15+ years of overall IT experience with at least10+ years in Salesforce development.Expert knowledge ofApex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs.Strong understanding ofSalesforce data model, security, and deployment processes.Proven experience inSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom application development.Salesforce Developer or Architect certifications preferred (e.g.,Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect,System ArchitectExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Salesforce DX.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
