SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR
Location: Kuwait (with GCC / regional remit)
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Direct Reports: TBC
Role Type: Full time, senior leadership role responsible for securing product availability, operational (manufacturing) efficiency, cost efficiency, quality, and HSE amongst other related tasks.

Founded over 50 years ago, the company has built a multi-product, multi-category portfolio and established itself as a brand loved across generations. Its strategic priorities include nutritional health and wellbeing, sustainability, regional expansion, and modernisation of marketing, digital commerce and consumer engagement. We seek on their behalf a high calibre Supply Chain Director to ensure smooth growth across the ME region, whilst substantially contributing to both top and bottom lines.
Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities
This is an E2E supply chain role, where the SC Director will oversee all functions from planning through to delivery/distribution. This include warehousing, inventory, procurement, purchasing, demand planning, transportation, customs clearance, quality, HSE, and manufacturing.
Key Requirements
Industry & Functional Experience:
10-15 years of progressive supply chain experience in Consumer Goods / FMCG (preferably food & beverage or dairy).
5-7 years in senior leadership roles in organisations with multi-site and multi-category (dry, chill, frozen goods) logistics operations,
Experience working in the Middle East, with solid knowledge of the Gulf region market is mandatory
Proven track record in operational efficiency (cost savings initiatives), imports, exports, team development, etc.
Hard Skills & Technical Capabilities
KPI development and implementation
Sales and Operations Planning expert
ERP savvy (Oracle, SAP)
Knowledgeable of regional customs and compliance regulations
Fluency in English language (Arabic will be a plus)

MBA (will be given preference).
