Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and tech communities.
Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification calls.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Write and post accurate JDs.
Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers.
Ensure smooth and timely communication with all candidates.
Requirements
0-1 year of experience in HR/recruitment (fresh grads welcome).
Basic understanding of software development roles (or willingness to learn).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in technical recruiting.
