Site Logistics Assistant Manager

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Onsite

Location: Danao, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.

Managing and supervising activities within the area to ensure seamless warehouse operations.

Coordinating with Utilities & Facilities Engineering teams and service providers to ensure proper functioning of cold and dry storage areas, material-handling equipment, and other warehouse utilities.

Tracking stock aging and identifying materials nearing expiration to ensure timely and appropriate disposition.

Ensuring that all raw and packaging materials are received, handled, and stored according to established guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, preferably with exposure to Operations Management.

At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehousing.

Strong leadership abilities, integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound decision-making, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Willing to work in Danao, Cebu.
