Customer Service Representative - Croatian Speaker

Your Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Croatian and English,

Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely support,

Stay updated on product knowledge to deliver effective solutions,

Collaborate remotely with a dynamic international team.
