Terminal Operations Manager - Multi-Purpose Marine Terminal

Kingston, Jamaica

We are looking for a terminal operations leader with container, break bulk, and bulk cargo experience. In this role, you will oversee all day to day operations at the terminal. This will include all terminal operations, cargo operations, equipment control, M&R, client relations, and operational management. This is a "boots on the ground" working manager role, we are looking for someone who will be active in the terminal and involved in all aspects of operations.

Ideally you'll have:

10 plus years of experience in container, break bulk, and bulk terminal operations

Experience with container, break bulk, and bulk vessel cargo operations

Experience with running all aspects of terminal operations

Experience with rigging and safely managing a "can-do" attitude

Comfortable wearing many hats and leading an active operation

Safety conscious management style required

Must be able to say no when needed and have the ability to get to yes as often as possible

University degree preferred
