About the Role

As part of our Global Proposals Team, you’ll support the preparation of high-quality proposals for pumps, hydrocyclones, and valves across international markets. You’ll collaborate with global engineering, sales, and supply chain teams, applying your technical expertise to deliver accurate, competitive, and customer-focused solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering and sales, enjoys working in a fast-paced global environment, and is passionate about delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret customer enquiries, RFQs, and project specifications.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals in line with company standards and timelines.

Select and size products to meet performance and cost objectives.

Support cost estimation and maintain pricing and proposal databases.

Prepare order handover documentation and coordinate with project execution teams.

Engage with vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.

Provide guidance and support to team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

2–8 years of experience in proposal management, inside sales, or technical support.

Background in engineering or industrial solutions (preferably pumps, valves, or process systems).

Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and project coordination skills.

Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).

Ability to work across cultures, time zones, and functions.
