Area Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an Area Supervisor to become an integral part of our Barnam Management leadership team! You will coordinate and oversee four restaurant's operations and profitability

Responsibilities:

Manage operations insuring McDonald's gold standard quality, service and cleanliness is achieved

Provide expectations, training plans and motivation to top leadership in each restaurant

Allocate resources and materials to meet sales and profitability goals

Track and forecast operational trends and analysis

Provide daily operations oversight for teams

Insure policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations are adhered to

Qualifications:

Previous experience in operations or other related fields

Strong communication and management skills

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
