Apartment Leasing Consultant – Columbus, OH

Pay: Up to $20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and customer-service-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a community in the Columbus, OH area. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, leasing or sales experience, and the ability to provide a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospects; provide tours and information about the community

Handle leasing procedures, applications, and required documentation

Input data, update records, and manage files accurately

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and conduct follow-ups

Assist with resident relations and customer service

Support the office team with daily administrative tasks

Walk the community and report any issues as needed

Requirements:

Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional, dependable, and able to work independently

Basic computer proficiency (Yardi/CRM a plus but not required)
