Machine Operator

Job Description

Superior Recruiting Agency is currently seeking Machine Operators looking for long-term careers with an industrial drill manufacturer. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement. ALL EMPLOYEES MUST TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT FOR A WEEK PRIOR TO STARTING 2ND OR WEEKEND SHIFT’S.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

(Overtime opportunities are available!)

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various machines.

Perform routine operator maintenance and escalate mechanical issues to the maintenance team.

Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced setting.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts consistently.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.Company Description
