We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our outpatient clinic.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting. This includes assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. Additionally, the RN will provide clinical leadership for staff, including mentoring and coaching to ensure optimal patient care delivery.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing routine treatments

Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and develop treatment plans

Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience

RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement state

CPR certification for Healthcare/BLS Pro/Rescuer within 30 days

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ambulatory setting

Bilingual English/Spanish or other language proficiency (optional)

A starting hourly rate of $29.22-$47.33, depending on experience

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. You will be required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and may be exposed to chemicals and hazardous equipment/materials.
