The ideal candidate should be organised, professional, and able to work well under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities: Handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries Managing bookings, reservations, and guesthouse communication Maintaining accurate administrative records and filing systems Assisting with invoicing, receipts, and basic account reconciliation Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams Managing emails, phone calls, and daily office correspondence Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements: Previous administration or hospitality experience (advantageous) Strong communication skills Computer literacy (Word, Excel, emails) Professional attitude and good attention to detail Ability to multitask and work independently Salary: R4 500.00 Please send your resume/CV
