2 roles available - RE15 (lending up to 10 mil) and RE30 (lending up to 30 mil)

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking 2 Relationship Executives to join the team and applications are now open for experienced commercial banking experts!

Based in Adelaide head office, you will play an integral role as part of a team which includes Account Managers, Senior Associates & Analysts – all working together to deliver exceptional services and solutions to our clients in order to achieve long lasting relationships and sustainable business growth.

The segment focused across the team is property related finance up to $100m, delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including property investment and development, construction and real estate.

Our Relationship Executive (RE15) will support customers with debt facilities of up to 10 mil, whilst our Relationship Executive (RE30) will support customers with debt facilities of up to 30 mil.

Do work that matters

You’ll provide meaningful solutions for a well-established and thriving portfolio of Property clients with sophisticated banking needs.

Use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward.

In addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

More specifically, you will

Have experience in successfully building and leading a successful Commercial Property portfolio

Are highly skilled in driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions

Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions

Are comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers

Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of Commonwealth Bank across the region.

Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities
