PROJECT: Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for a Department of Defense agency. Our responsibilities include reviewing third-party A/E work, conducting studies, analysis, testing, and measuring. We also perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews, commissioning services, and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders. RESPONSIBILITIES: Parsons is seeking a Team Lead to: * Lead a nine-member team in support of the customers Maximo CMMS with a focus on: User Training, Document Control, Asset Management and Data Integrity, Marketing, SharePoint Administration, Site Implementation, Asset Data Verification, Reporting, and End User Help Desk functions.
* Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions based on the contracted CMMS Statement of Work (SOW).
* Interface daily with customer Lead.
* Chair program/project meetings with the client to provide status updates.
* Assign responsibilities for executing project activities to staff based on their qualifications and customer priorities.
* Work with the Parsons Program Management Office (PMO) to manage the CMMS Program.
* Lead the development of SOPs and focus on constant program process improvement.
* Perform all Quality Assurance\Quality Control for the CMMS Program.
* Mentor CMMS staff.
* Conduct weekly meetings to review project status and formulate action items with CMMS staff.
* Development and distribute program/project status on a routine basis to all members of the CMMS staff.
* Monitor and report progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.
* Market team and corporate skillsets / abilities to secure additional work.
* Support hiring efforts for the CMMS Program.
* Develop annual CMMS Program Staffing Plan.
* Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related technical/business field (or equivalent experience).
* 20+ years of related project management and/or facilities experience.
* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
* Must be US Citizen.
* Functional working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (to include Project).
* Proficient in developing schedules using Microsoft Project.
* Working knowledge of Maximo CMMS. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: * Ability to meet Parsons' project management certification requirements.
