Unleash your talent and redefine what's possible. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Missile Defense System Architecture Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to f acilitate the modeling, simulation, and analyses of future concepts that shape the future of the Missile Defense System (MDS) and respond to Warfighter needs. What You'll Be Doing: * Assess MDS threats, capability gaps, challenges, needs, and opportunities to develop potential system mitigations and capability evolutions at the architecture level.

* Support modeling & simulation (M&S) efforts related to the above, including analysis efforts on DoD High-Performance Computing (HPC) system.

* Develop analysis plans, execute M&S to implement those plans, assess analysis results, prepare analysis briefs/reports, and provide reviews of analysis products.

* Facilitate the definition/implementation of future concepts for modeling, simulation, and analysis.

* Act as a subject matter expert in future concept definition, architecture analyses, and reviewing preliminary results prior to delivery to customer. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Master's Degree in a STEM Field with 12+ years of experience in missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project * Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

* Deep understanding of the current MDS architecture and future concepts

* Experience in modeling, assessment, and evaluation of future missile defense architectures * Experience with MATLAB What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * Active TS/SCI Clearance.

* Experience with the definition and use of advanced concepts and algorithms for the M&S of MDS architectures.

* Experience with M&S and analysis of MDS architectures involving both directed and kinetic energy weapons and other future concepts.

* Experience with HPC Systems, Python, and Git.

* Experience with BMD Benchmark.

* Experience supporting systems engineering-related architecture design activities.

* Ability to perform technology assessment & analysis and provide insight on the utility of potentially useful technologies.

* Specialized MDS analysis experience in: threat characterization, trajectories, RF sensing/signatures, and/or EO/IR sensing/signatures.

* Proven ability to coauthor numerous reports and provide significant contributions to MDS studies and responses to Congress.
