International Order Manager - French & Spanish speaking (m/f/d)

Your daily workoutWe are looking for a structured and dedicated International Order Manager (m/f/d) with French and Spanish skills for our team in Munich. You are a natural in coordination and want to create synergies across departments? Then take your chance and apply now!

International customers: You are responsible for our international customers and distributors from received signed contract to the successful implementation of the EGYM devices

Commercial and logistic handling: You independently manage the commercial and logistic handling, coordination and planning of equipment deliveries

Coordination of orders: You work closely with your colleagues in Sales and coordinate the orders of the respective country

Interface: You act as an interface between customers and internal departments (Supply Chain Management, Finance and Aftersales)

Maintenance of data: You also take over the maintenance of master data and current information in the CRM system (Salesforce)

Your fitness level

Experience: You have completed a commercial/technical education and have first experience in Order management, Sales or a similar field

Working method: You have a very structured, goal- and results-oriented way of working

Communication skills: You bring a confident demeanor and convince with your very good communication skills

Process-driven: You are extremely attentive to detail and enjoy improving and developing processes

Language skills: You have excellent English skills and a very good knowledge of French and Spanish (spoken and written)

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Independent customer support: You are able to independently support our customers from the receipt of the contract to the successful implementation of our hardware and software solutions with regard to technical and logistical requirements

Responsibility for international orders: You take over the support of orders in different international markets (NA, EMEA, APAC)

Tool: You are proficient in our CRM system Salesforce and are experienced in its daily use

Network: You have built up trusting relationships with your team and your stakeholders through your open nature and are appreciated for the cooperation
