Overview
The Dental Specialists Eden Prairie Orthodontics is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.
Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Work Schedule
Mondays: 7:30-5:15 Eden Prairie
Tuesdays: 7:30-5:15 Maple Grove
Wednesdays: 7:30-5:15 Eden Prairie
Thursdays: Off/7:45-5:00 Eden Prairie
