We're looking for a full-time Video Editor to help us create best-in-class content across paid and organic channels.
What You'll Do
Conceptualize video ideas from scratch-taking content from rough concept to final cut
Storyboard and script creative ideas, working with content creators and our internal team to shape polished, compelling narratives
Edit and assemble high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to deliver fresh ads weekly, learn from what works (and what doesn't), and iterate fast
Play a key role in shaping our content voice-helping define our brand narrative in a way that feels fresh, authentic, and resonates with both loyal and new audiences What You Bring
3+ years of experience in video editing (DTC brand or agency-side experience is a strong plus)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where speed and quality both matter
Experience editing performance-driven content and ad creatives with an eye for what converts
A passion for storytelling, brand building, and creating content that resonates
Proficient in video production techniques and post-production processes.
Bonus (but not required): You're open to being on camera and shooting content when needed
