Paralegal – Personal Injury Bellingham, WA Up to $40/hr DOE

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a busy personal injury law practice in Bellingham, WA. This is a full-time, direct hire, onsite role supporting attorneys and managing a high-volume caseload from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

Handle all aspects of case management for high-volume personal injury cases

Draft letters, correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents

File documents with county courts and ensure deadlines are met

Manage the firm’s case calendar and track critical dates

Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth case flow

Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the practice

Provide light supervisory oversight as part of your responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of professional paralegal experience in litigation (personal injury preferred)

Strong drafting and filing skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage a large caseload and stay highly organized

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Strong administrative and case management skills
