Position:** Flex Security Officer (Armed & Unarmed)
**Location:** Multiple Sites Across North Carolina
**Pay:** $18/hr Unarmed $20/hr Armed
**Schedule:** Flexible (Weekdays, Weekends, Days/Nights - Assigned Based on Availability)

We are looking for dependable, motivated Security Officers to join our Flex Team. Flex Officers provide coverage at various sites and shifts as needed, which offers the opportunity for consistent hours, cross-training, and rapid growth within the company. ### **What You'll Do**
* Maintain a professional and welcoming presence
* Monitor and secure assigned locations
* Report and respond to incidents in a timely, accurate manner
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and site managers
* Support other sites when available; reliability is key
### **What We're Looking For**
* **Reliable** and able to commit to scheduled assignments
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
**We are hiring:**
* **Unarmed Officers** (No experience required, training available)
* **Armed Officers** (Must hold current NC PPSB armed license OR be eligible to obtain one)
