Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic Testing: Perform routine and complex testing on blood, body fluids, and tissue samples

Lab Equipment Operation: Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments

Collaborative Care: Work alongside healthcare providers to deliver reliable and timely results

Quality Control: Follow strict quality assurance and regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP) What You Bring:

Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field

MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
