Position Overview
Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies. Assist surgical teams during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs. Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols. Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts with the circulating nurse. Support patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures.
