Position Overview:
Ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, staff, and the facility during overnight hours. This role involves monitoring the premises for any hazards or suspicious activities and taking appropriate follow-up actions. The position also includes maintenance duties using hand and power tools, as well as managing electrical equipment when necessary. Additionally, you will greet patients and visitors in outpatient and emergency services, complete quick registration processes, and handle incoming phone calls efficiently.
Work Schedule:
This part-time role requires availability from 10pm to 6am every Friday and Saturday, totaling 16 hours per week.
Education & Experience
Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma or GED.
Post-secondary education or formal technical training is highly preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurability under the organization's insurance policy. Skills & Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is required.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Strong communication skills to interact warmly with patients, visitors, and team members.
