We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Palm Beach Gardens. This position involves providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in real estate transactions and disputes.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts and agreements

Conducting due diligence on real estate transactions

Advising clients on zoning and land use issues

Representing clients in real estate litigation Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the state

Proven experience in real estate law

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

The pay listed for this role is $175k.
