Pay Rate: $45 - $50 / hour

As a K-12 school-based Special Education Teacher in Woodhaven, MI

your days will include

Develop and deliver individualized instruction based on IEP goals.

Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet student needs.

Manage classroom behavior using positive behavioral supports and interventions.

Collaborate with related service providers, general education teachers, and families.

Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent conferences.

Maintain compliance with IDEA, state, and district regulations regarding special education. Job Details

Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting

Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Caseload: Elementary

Successful Candidates Possess

A Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education (required)

An active or pending state licensure, or the ability to obtain (required)

Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)

The ability to work in the U.S. Without a sponsor
