ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Schedule/Hours: Monday - Saturday

Location: Conway, AR

This is a temporary seasonal position responsible for:

Drives a Salvation Army vehicle for delivering and picking up Christmas kettles, supplies and bellringers to designated kettle locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering and picking up Christmas kettles, supplies and bellringers at designated kettle locations.

Collects kettles and supplies from designated bell ringer and returns kettles to Area Command for counting.

Locks vehicle doors when vehicle is not in use. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Ability to meet attendance requirements.

Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.

Ability to travel to various locations throughout the metro.

Ability to safely drive a vehicle in heavy traffic.

Ability to greet guests, such as volunteers or clients.

Ability to concentrate in a disruptive environment.

Ability to alternate between manual labor duties and contact with public.

Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy object

Work is performed driving various vehicles in the field while making deliveries and pick-ups.

Work is also performed in a warehouse and office environment where there is little or no physical discom

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

High School Diploma or G.E.D. AND

Two years' experience operating an automotive vehicle OR

Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Licenses and Certifications:

Driver's license with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
