Real Estate Attorney - Mid-Level to Senior

We're partnered with an AmLaw firm on a search for an experienced Real Estate Attorney in New York. Our client is an established leader in the legal industry, consistently ranking among the most desirable workplaces for legal professionals with tremendous professional development opportunities.

This position is an opportunity to play a critical role leading and managing a diverse mix of sophisticated real estate transactions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience handling lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, or joint venture deals. Additional responsibilities include:

Draft loan documents for mortgage and mezzanine financings

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements

Manage client expectations regarding timelines, costs, and transaction risks

Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements, operating agreements, and partnership agreements

Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and presentations

Provide strategic business advice on deal structure and risk allocation Our client offers an attractive career opportunity in an environment where collaboration and teamwork drives success and individual/collective achievements are recognized and rewarded.
