Quality Analyst

The Software Quality Analyst is responsible for developing and executing test plans and cases based on system requirements and specifications.

The role involves analyzing test results, identifying code defects, and ensuring the quality and functionality of software systems in a fast-paced development environment. Responsibilities:

nalyze requirements, operational problems, specifications, and change requests.

Create test plans, test cases, and scripts with expected results.

Execute test cases and log defects accurately.

Research operational/test system defects and propose solutions.

nalyze test results to verify system functionality and identify regressions.

Recommend corrective actions and maintain documentation for debugging and system modifications.

Provide feedback on programming languages, systems, and software performance. Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science.

3 years of experience in a software development environment.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required. Should Have:

Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Knowledge of software test requirements and protocols.

Intermediate programming skills in at least one language.

Familiarity with databases.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.

Knowledge of wireless communications and network systems.
